Cheltenham Gold Cup Week and all weeks that include a Bank Holiday will be charged as high season and February half term will be charged at mid-season rates.
Short weekend breaks are also available Friday to Monday and mid-week breaks from Monday to Friday - as a guide the minimum price is usually at least 75% of the weekly rate depending on the makeup of the party - please telephone 01993 878075 or email info@kingjohnsbarn.co.uk with proposed dates and number of guests, to discuss booking arrangements.
The properties are usually available from 4.00 pm on the first day and need to be vacated by 10.00 am leaving the property clean and tidy as it was found. These times can sometimes be flexible so please ask.
Welcome provisions are provided for weekly bookings. For short breaks provisions can be provided at cost, please ring Vicky to arrange and give at least 24 hours notice. Good local produce is available, including home reared beef and lamb.
Dogs, a maximum of 2 which are only allowed in The Gallery are charged at £20 each. There are strictly no dogs allowed in Oak Tree Cottage.
